Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the organization. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client requirements and translate them into business opportunities.

  • Identify and generate new business leads through networking, outreach, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Present company services and solutions to prospective clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop proposals and pitches
  • Track sales opportunities and manage follow-ups effectively
  • Achieve business growth targets and contribute to revenue expansion
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or client servicing roles
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or creative services is a plus
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, or agency environment
  • Self-motivated and target-driven professional
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
